Orb Jewellery was founded in 1995 by the proprietor Antony Bean who, after gaining valuable experience from several reputable jewellers and design workshops, branched out on his own. His 22 years of designing and crafting handmade commissions has gained him a reputation for unique jewellery to suit the client needs. The premises is based in Urmston, just outside Manchester, where the husband and wife team of Antony and Debbie are able to provide bespoke or retail jewellery in a relaxed atmosphere where you can discuss your perfect individual piece of jewellery or choose from the jewellery that is displayed on the premises.
Antony founded Orb Jewellery to enable to help him display his talents as a designer and a craftsman of hand-made commissions. The jewellery that Antony designs is aesthetically pleasing, made to an exacting standard and meets the needs of clients which is the most important aspect of hand-made commissions. Antony is extremely happy to discuss any interesting ideas that you may have so he can make a piece on a truly individual basis and is also happy to discuss any modifications or adaptations to a piece of jewellery that you may admire. Either way the end product is designed by you, crafted with enormous care and devotion resulting in a piece of jewellery that is precious to you. If you have any jewellery that you no longer require or just want to change, Antony is happy to melt the jewellery down and melt it into another commission.
